after you submit your entry, it enters a manual review queue. our team checks that all required steps have been completed correctly before approving your entry. this includes confirming that you have: posted the content on instagram used the correct category hashtag in your caption invited @digitalhairawards to collaborate on the post selected the correct category in the online submission pasted the direct url to the exact instagram post once everything is confirmed, your entry will be approved and the collaboration invite will be accepted.

if your entry shows pending approval, it means our team has not yet reviewed it. no action is required from you at this stage.

this means your entry has been reviewed, but something is missing or needs correcting. a feedback note will be visible inside your online portal explaining exactly what needs to be updated. once you make the requested changes, your entry will be reviewed again.

approved means your entry has successfully completed the review process. the collaboration invite will be accepted on instagram, and your entry status will show as approved inside the portal. no further action is required.
